The Department of Adult and Higher Education, Ministry of Education is pleased to announce that the Government of Cuba has offered ONE scholarship in Medicine for the academic year 2022 2023

The Department of Adult and Higher Education, Ministry of Education is pleased to announce that the Government of Cuba has offered ONE scholarship in Medicine for the academic year 2022 2023 

Therefore, interested students of 2021 BHSEC (Class XII) cohort with minimum of 65% each in Biology, Chemistry and Physics and 55% in English may apply for the scholarship. 

Candidates fulfilling the above mentioned criteria are advised to apply online at www.citizenservices.gov.bt/education-services and follow the link “Ad-hoc scholarship” on or before 15th July, 2022 For online application/registration, the following documents must be ready: 

Online approved valid security clearance Scanned copy of class X mark sheet-front page only Bhutanese Citizenship Identity Card Index number of BHSEC 2021 

Please note that repeaters are NOT ELIGIBLE to apply. The Ministry of Education will select the candidates based on academic merit and forward the nomination to the University. The final confirmation of the nominated candidate will be subject to approval by the Cuban government. 

The merit ranking and results of the nominated candidates will be given in the following websites: www.education.gov.bt & www.dahe.gov.bt latest by July 20, 2022 For further details, please contact @333833/332101
