The Bhutan Ecological Society (BES) hosted the 6th edition of the Bhutan Lectures on Innovation, Science and Society (BLISS) Talks on 21st July 2022. BLISS is an initiative of the BES to bridge the information gap in the country to bring transformative ideas to the fore and thereby help raise public awareness and knowledge.
The event was themed “‘Driving Digital: Business transformation through technology” and featured inspiring talks from the following speakers:
1. Mr. Kinley Wangchuk, fondly known as ‘Ganchu’, founder of ‘Azha Pasa’ and ‘Sibjam’ talked about marketing in the digital space. 2. Mr. Ugyen Dorji, a freelancer popularly known as ‘homebasedillustrator’ spoke about the art of storytelling through technology. 3. Mr.Ngawang Gyeltshen, the founder of Bhutan Food, shared his experience and insights about the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem.
