The Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited request our valued customers to change the name of the insured in the insurance policy immediately after the change of ownership with the sale/loan transfer/gift/inheritance of movable and immovable properties.

The Royal Insurance Corporation of Bhutan Limited request our valued customers to change the name of the insured in the insurance policy immediately after the change of ownership with the sale/loan transfer/gift/inheritance of movable and
immovable properties.
 
We, therefore, request our customers who have been unable to change the ownership of their properties in the insurance policy to visit our nearest Branch Office to complete the ownership transfer at the earliest.
 
Please, note that failure to change ownership entails non-standard claims penalty of 25 percent deduction for claims arising before the transfer of the ownership in the insurance policy. For more information, contact us @ 1818
